They have expertise in developing routes-to-market for many successful imported brands. We are now extending this knowledge and range of services to local manufacturing companies who produce good value for money products but are unable to reach these products to the consumption centres in Nigeria. We assist them with a strong S&OP, well oiled-supply chain and competitive pricing. Our RTM ensures availability, visibility and accessibility of their products within arm’s reach of the consumer.

In order to facilitate the success of Superbrandz in Nigeria, the Group has set up Silvergrey Global DMCC in Dubai to provide buying, funding, logistics, and documentation support to the Nigerian entity. The Dubai office maintains the relationship with the overseas principals and leads all commercial negotiations with them. The Nigerian entity focuses on building value in the brands and driving demand fulfilment through an efficient, robust and sustainable Route-to-Market. Superbrandz also interacts with the principals for all marketing and promotional inputs.
